I am sure I’m not the only one who adores autumn to tiny little bits and pieces!!  And goodness, I don’t know how it is, but it seems that every year, there’s always room for a few more snuggly sweaters, a pair of sturdy ‘n stylish boots, and warm scarves to puff one’s frosty breaths into.  Who can say no to making new sartorial favourites?  Not me, at any rate!   With that ‘truth’, below are some of my picks for the season.

1. Cashmere sweaters… they are the most delicate, yet softest and warmest of all sweaters.  Look for ones that have interesting drapes and details, yet still flatter and accentuate your figure.

2.  Peplum skirts… were one of this year’s most popular trends, yet still has that flattering, classic shape to have enough staying power, in my opinion.  Get one in wool, and keep oh so warm and fabulous!

3.  Booties… provide just the right amount of warmth for those unexpectedly warm and cheery days when you just can’t tolerate the idea of encasing your legs in a too-warm pair of knee-length boots.  This one is particularly darling thanks to the interesting folds in the leather and that adorable bow!

4.  Capes… are the perfect way to add a bit of classic cheekiness to your wardrobe.  There’s no need to settle for a too sedate coat yet!  Twirl around in this gorgeous one by Betsey Johnson.  That fabulous faux fur collar lends just the right amount of glamour and luxe!

Also, not to forget… if you really love shopping (I know I do!) and need a place where you can get coupons for almost anything, try Answers.com coupons, and see how much you can be saving.  I just can’t hit that checkout button unless I’ve found a coupon for the store I’m shopping at… and really, I don’t think any one would say no to bringing down the cost of their items!  It just makes me feel even more fabulous when I get them!  You can’t beat being smart and stylish!
