A few weeks ago, Nail Polish Canada contacted me, and asked if I would like to review two BAGGU bags. Of course I said ‘yes’! I truly have an interest in reviewing these, as I’ve been looking for sturdy, reliable tote bags to carry my spare shoes and other paraphernalia in for when I’m taking transit, and I promise that my thoughts on the bags will be both honest and entertaining. At least, I hope it will be the latter as well. Now don’t go all haute-y on me, (did you see what I did there?) and sniff deprecatingly at these nylon bags. They may not be Mulberry or Hermès, but they’re quite the cute, quality step up from your typical grocery store reusable bag! (I mean, aren’t those little alpacas adorable?)
I received the bags earlier last week, but haven’t had a chance to give them a try, so there won’t be a proper review yet. But! Here are a few pictures to give you a peek at the unfolding of these foldable totes.
Here they are, still in their pristine nylon pouches. I thought these were the fancy ‘fold me into myself’ sort of bags, but thankfully they are not. I’m terrible at making things seem ‘brand new’!
And a detail of the baby BAGGU:
The Big BAGGU is another story. It’s absolutely Ginormous, and just wouldn’t fit into the picture properly. I guess that’s why they named it ‘Big’, but still… I didn’t expect such generous proportions! I plan to ask my friend Mi to do it visual justice this weekend, so stay tuned for photos!
