Every year when the warm weather rolls around, I dress up in outfits with the requisite nod to the nautical look. I can’t help it. It speaks of seas and ships, beach-y vacations, and Audrey Hepburn smartly lounging.
I thought I would mix stripes with prints, and here I am wearing leopard print ballet flats… a look that I’ve wanted to try for a while, and usually a print that is reserved for autumn/winter… but I rather like how the entire outfit turned out! Oh, and don’t worry about my squishing my poor travelling case. It has seen far worse. 😛
Top: Zara organic cotton top ($19.00)
Bottom: Rich & Skinny ‘Legacy’ crop ($80.00)
Shoes: Kelsi Dagger ‘Bettie’ ballet flats ($30.00)
Have you ever had to make do with the clothes you had at hand? Did you like the result?

You are the most adorable thing EVER, Cathie! I loved the video and your outfit is SO cute. <3
I love the fact that you have bubbles in your purse. I started carrying soap flakes in my purse last year and they came in very handy in India when I got slimed by an elephant while feeding her a treat.
Nautical looks are my favorite! And you can never go wrong with stripes 🙂
